We are the QGIS group users in Spain, who, like you, use QGIS in our daily lives for professional work, research or as entertainment. We help make QGIS even better, be it by sharing knowledge, translating, developing features or helping other users.

Objectives :

• QGIS development coordination, dissemination and information about QGIS in meetings, articles, discussion panels, etc
• initiation support and formation of specific GIS interest groups such as wastewater, urban planning, topography, etc
• organization of national and regional user meetings.

We have four associate categories that include both individuals, normal or with aid for being students, retired or unemployed, as well as large and small groups. To exchange, share and ask any information related to the QGIS project we have four differents communication channels:

• mailing list in Spanish , for more extensive and non-immediate queries
• Telegram group in Spanish , for immediate inquiries
• exclusive Telegram group for associates with invitation
• social networks on Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

In our work to disseminate and energize the association, we carry out special agreements with companies, associations and professional associations from which any QGIS Spain member can benefit and who can participate in our dissemination, research, initiatives and sponsorship projects with which we promote QGIS. To register as a member, all you have to do is fill out a registration form and then pay the corresponding fee.
