Ülli is a founding member of Estonian Geoinformatics Society (ESTGIS). For the past 25 years she has been occupied in the field of geoinformatics in public and private sector institutions. About 9 years ago GIS brought her to the Estonian Insurance Association / The Estonian Traffic Insurance Fund.
